Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using any automated trading systems ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs") provided by Storm Is Warm Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Digital Product Agreement

By purchasing this Expert Advisor (EA) software, you are entering into a binding agreement with Storm is warm limited and agree to all terms set forth below. This EA is a digital product and is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this product — which includes instant access to proprietary code, strategy, and training — all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in accordance with UK law for digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason. Doing so will be considered a breach of contract and attempted fraud.

All necessary evidence (including delivery logs, IP address, and user agreement) will be submitted to Stripe and relevant fraud departments in the event of any dispute.

4. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (Forex) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. No guarantees of profit are made. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. License Terms

Your purchase includes a lifetime license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or transferring of the EA is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your MetaTrader platform, broker, VPS, and internet connection are functioning correctly. We provide installation guides and basic support, but we are not responsible for user error or third-party issues.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your payment, you confirm that you:

  • Are purchasing a digital product delivered immediately

  • Waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK law

  • Agree to the full Terms & Conditions outlined above

  • Understand this purchase is non-refundable and non-disputable

8. Termination of Services 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect any breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will forfeit any right to a refund, and your license will be immediately revoked.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates to the Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
